At their regular Monday meeting, the Delaware County Commissioners voted 3-0 to officially accept the $1.9 million dollar PSIC grant ($1.5 million in cash) that will make up nearly half of the funds for the project.Patrick Brandt addressed the commissioners and provided them not only with details of the grant, but also an update on the current status of the project.
