The change out of the Hard Road tower equipment started at 0900 today. Motorola will be removing all of the old equipment from the shelter and installing the new today and Monday. Antennas and the tower top amplifyer are also being replaced. During this upgrade the site will be off line. The result means is the overlapping coverage this site normally provides along the river corridor and in buildings east of the Scioto River will be unavailable. Dublin users will notice diminished walkie coverage during this outage.
The site will remain off line until the new system is placed on line on Tueday 12/15.
