Update: Motorola reports to us that they have just completed the
programming and testing of the new equipment and are sending it out on a 1pm
flight from Chicago. Once it arrives, it will be installed and the system
brought back up to full service. B&C Techs will notify us when work is
complete and we will send an update.
We are also working with Motorola to identify and obtain a complete back up
unit to keep on site in Delaware. Since this particular switch is no longer
manufactured (it is not a Motorola product), we want a full back up unit on site
if at all possible.
